Job Description:
Xpress360 Inc. -has an immediate opening for Customer Service
Representatives at our Indianapolis IN Plant offering room for
career advancement! -We are seeking a candidate with the ability
and desire to work in this fast-paced industry, previous customer
service experience is preferred by not required. -
Who are we? -Xpress360 is a rapidly growing contract packaging
company based In Indianapolis IN. -We work with large national
companies providing primary and secondary packaging, assembly, and
other supply chain related services. -
Job PurposeProvide timely entry and processing of customer orders
and other daily transactions and reporting. -Person will be liaison
between plant management, vendors, and customers.
Essential Duties - - - - - - - - - -Review and process orders,
inquiries, PO's and other transactions. - - - - - - - - - -Data
entry and daily reporting. - - - - - - - - - -Handle incoming
routine customer calls and emails. - - - - - - - - - -Perform any
other responsibilities as assigned. - - - - - - - - - -Provide
confidential administrative support to department leadership and
others as requested -Position Requirements: - - - - - - - - - -High
School diploma or equivalent Minimum. - - - - - - - - - -Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills - - - - - - - - - -Timely
follow up and good decision-making skill - - - - - - - - - -Good
computer skills including Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel -
- - - - - - - - -One year customer service experience Preferred. -
- - - - - - - - -Bilingual Spanish and English preferred but not
required
