Job Description:

First Shift Call Center Operations Supervisor Standard schedule Thursday - Sunday 3pm - 1am How you will make an impact Manage the daily operations in the Call Center for your assigned shift. Queue management Work with facility contacts as issues are handled in the call center Help encourage communication and actions that support a professional and positive environment in the Call Center. Identify behaviors that have a negative impact on the environment and work with the Call Center Manger to address them appropriately. Complete daily shift updates via Teams chat Work holiday hours as needed through a rotating calendar Ensure the CSRs have the tools and information they need to complete their job to the high standards that Parker expects Participate in the yearly reviews for the CSRs Complete any action forms needed for each CSR Other duties as assigned by your ManagerJob Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insuranceSchedule: Evening shift Holidays On call Overtime Weekend availabilityEducation: Associate (Preferred)Experience: Supervisory: 3 years (Required) Customer Service: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
