Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic Person with a previous
experience working with an Aluminum Fabric/manufacture, with
knowledge of the Anodize process, if you are an individual who is

- Follow all safety rules
- Follow company attendance policy
- Cleaning and organization of work area
- Quality of work
- Basic daily training (on job training)
- Follow behavior policy
- During your initial training, you will report to the designated
trainerJob requirements
- Daily schedule to employees
- Maintain adequate manpower for anodize department
- Racking, unracking, operator and small parts paperwork
completed
- Rack request prior to jobs being manufactured
- All quality standards being met
- Trouble shooting any anodize issues
- Leadership of all anodize line employees
- Leadership of OSHA/IOSHA and IDEM compliance
- Plan and review upcoming jobs
- Maintain Key point indicators (KPI'S) on the anodize line
- Quality of the department
- Maintaining the anodize equipment
- Troubleshooting of equipment or quality issues
- Completing daily schedule
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly meetings
- Continuous improvements
- Accountability, teaching and training employees
- Disciplinary actions to employees
- Work with all leadership in the company
- Ordering supplies
- Proficient in using office software (E-mail, spreadsheets,
databases)
- Minimum of Tech 1 of anodize racking tech
- Minimum of Tech 1 of anodize unracking tech
- Minimum of Tech 1 of operator tech
- Minimum of Tech 1 of small parts tech
- Cost reduction on supplies and laborPhysical demands and
abilities
- Regularly required to use hands and fingers to operate and
inspect machinery and metal pieces
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs. Occasionally lift
and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs. to position metal
objects to begin and finish treatment processes and/or prepare for
shipping
- Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop,
kneel, crouch or crawl to position self to move metal objects for
treatment or packing.
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close
vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth
perception and ability to adjust and focus. Must be able to detect
slight differences in various finishes.
- Communicate verbally with coworkers about safety, discrepancy,
or variety of other work issues
- Tolerate working in an environment that may be hot or cold
depending on the season and will expose you to loud sounds, dust,
fumes and solvents.Candidates must be 18 years or older, and
willing and able to pass a drug and alcohol test at any given
