Opportunity:The Customer Implementation Services Lead will be
focused on the definition and creation of implementation services
through strategic partnerships to help clients quickly and
efficiently implement Roche solutions. The focus of Implementation
Services is on enablement of site readiness as an outcome of the
Design and Construction phase of implementation. As a Customer
Implementation Services Lead, you will:
- serve as the go-to expert in Architectural, Engineering, and
Construction Management (AEC) for Roche placements across the
United States.
- be responsible for driving AEC competency through our
processes, tools and organization.
- be actively involved in supporting and shaping RFP responses
including where significant construction planning and investments
are required.
- analyze customer installation data to create recommendations
for improvement in current operations.
- evaluate in field delivery of customer implementation support
in Architectural, Engineering, and Construction.
- establish a business framework for the creation of
Implementation Services.
- partner with our procurement organization to launch prioritized
implementation services offerings.
- evaluate Architectural, Engineering, and Construction
requirements and provide recommendations for modifications or
improvements.
- lead Change Management associated with the launch of
implementation services portfolio.
- partner with Training & Development to develop a strategy to
upskill delivery functions
- participate in RFP responses in relation to site preparation
and construction.
- engage with RFP responses and construction planning during the
late sales process.
- lead services partner business relationships & manage vendor
partnerships
- partner with legal, regulatory and compliance in development of
services strategyTravel expectation: 10-20%Who You Are:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction
Management, or a related technical field
- 8 years of experience in project management or construction
managementPreferred Requirements:
- Previous experience of construction management in the
healthcare / diagnostics industry.
- Experience in on-site assessments and construction
coordination.
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Experience with Roche Diagnostics implementation
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards
related to architectural and engineering specifications for medical
equipment installations.
- Industry professional certification or licensure in
Architecture or Engineering (e.g. PE).
- Strong problem-solving capability, leveraging structure
process-driven approach to problem-solving
- Proficient technical, project management, analytical,
statistical, and organization skills
- Google Suite and Project Management applications
experience
- Excellent oral/written communication, planning, organizing,
interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated leadership, networking, coaching, and mentoring

expected salary range for this position based on the primary
location of Indiana is $119,600-$222,200. Actual pay will be
determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic
location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A
discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and
