environment for every guest. Position Summary: We are seeking an
experienced and dedicated General Manager to lead one of our
restaurant locations. The General Manager is responsible for
overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring excellence in
food quality, guest experience, team development, and operational
execution. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires
availability to work nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
Schedule: 9-hour shifts 5 days per week (including nights,
weekends, and overnights as needed) Key Responsibilities: Lead,
develop, and mentor the restaurant team to deliver outstanding
guest experiences. Ensure the highest standards of food safety,
food production, and cleanliness are consistently met. Execute
operational plans and initiatives to meet restaurant goals related
to service, quality, staffing, and profitability. Oversee all
aspects of hiring, onboarding, training, and retention of team
members. Develop and implement action plans for continuous
improvement in operations and customer service. Manage restaurant
inventory, labor, and food cost controls to achieve financial
targets. Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety
regulations, and health department standards. Foster a positive and
respectful workplace culture aligned with our core values.
Qualifications: 2 years of restaurant general management experience
required, preferably in quick-service or fast-casual environments.
Strong background in food safety protocols, production management,
and guest service excellence. Proven ability to lead
high-performing teams and deliver operational results. Experience
with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication
skills. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overnights as
needed. ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
