2-3 years minimum of recruitment experience

Determine the hiring needs of the area by establishing model
staffing through consultation with field management and Scheduling.
Sustain model staffing by accounting for separations, availability
restrictions due to client requirements and officer
Develop a bench as needed to meet standards established by critical

Recruit and hire new associates for security officer, store
detective and undercover divisions by conducting interviews in
