As the HR Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of group benefit programs (group health, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance) and leave administration while providing excellent customer service. The HR Benefits Administrator position reports to the Benefits Manager. HR Benefits Administrator Responsibilities :

  • HR Benefits Administrator administers monthly benefit electronic enrollments, special and annual open enrollments
  • COBRA Administration to include notification process through third party administrator
  • HR Benefits Administrator leads administration to include Company, Family Medical, and Military LOA's
  • HR Benefits Administrator reconciles monthly invoices and process for payments to vendors
  • Perform various plan audits as directed
  • Function as a liaison between vendors and associates
  • Advises associates on eligibility, coverage and other benefit matters
  • Investigate and resolve benefit eligibility issues
  • Evaluate and propose revisions to internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency
  • Document, and maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefit processes
  • Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations
  • Provide customer service support to internal and external customers
  • Create and conduct presentations using audiovisual tools including Power Point.
  • Provide training and support to associates regarding benefits package
  • Provide administrative support to Benefits Manager
  • Other duties as assigned
