    Location(s): Indianapolis, IN*
    *This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid work model which includes remote work and 1-4 days in office per month.
    The HR Service Coordinator is responsible for processing and responding to associate and management inquiries regarding human resources issues including benefit and payroll.
    How You Will Make an Impact
    Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Receiving incoming Human Resource Contact Center calls, chats and cases.
      
      
    • 
      Researching and responding to our customers using a variety of databases and software.
      
      
      Minimum Requirements
      Requires a HS diploma and a minimum of 2 years customer service experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
      Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences

      • 
        Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
        
        
      • 
        Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
