Job Description:

The HR Generalist & Office Manager is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The role will also handle HR for Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity and TKE Foundation including but not limited to payroll, benefits, employment issues, reviews, hiring, onboarding, and keeping all personnel files up to date. Hyrid position - everyweek is 2 days from home and 3 days in the office. - -What are we looking for?

Ability to build and maintain relationships with peers and management
Exercising sound judgment and the highest ethical standards
Ability to maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality
Strong problem solving and creative skills
Exercising sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
Strong attention to detail and teamwork experience
