Payroll ClerkPosition Overview: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Clerk to join our finance team. The Payroll Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong analytical skills, and has a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities of the Payroll Clerk:

• Collect, review, and input timekeeping information from various departments.
  
• Calculate and process employee wages, salaries, and deductions accurately.
  
• Address employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  
• Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions, including adjustments and deductions.
  Qualifications of the Payroll Clerk:
  
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
    
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Clerk or in a similar role.
    
  • Familiarity with payroll software and systems.
    
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance.
