Training Coordinator – CVG DHL Client Site Location: CVG Airport, Hebron, KY Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly Pay Range: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour About the Role We are seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team at the CVG DHL client site. Key Responsibilities Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff. Implement adult learning principles to create engaging and effective training sessions. Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop solutions. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of adult learning concepts and instructional design.
