Job Description Job Description Talent Acquisition Consultant - Intermediate Location: Downtown Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid: Onsite & Remote) Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, day shift Are you a strategic recruiter with a passion for project management and talent acquisition? I am seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to support a leading organization's professional recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and enjoys partnering with business leaders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. Position Overview As a Talent Acquisition Consultant - Intermediate, you will drive the full recruitment lifecycle for salaried, non-clinical roles below the Director level across diverse business lines, including operations, supply chain, IT, finance, HR, marketing, and more. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging data-driven insights and market expertise to guide hiring decisions and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities · Manage end-to-end recruitment, from intake and job posting to sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation · Build consultative relationships with business leaders, providing strategic advice and market intelligence · Apply disciplined project management to handle high-volume requisition flows and meet deadlines · Implement advanced passive sourcing strategies and process improvements to attract top talent · Assist with workforce planning and apply compensation knowledge to create competitive offers · Maintain best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout the recruitment process Must-Have Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience (3-5 years) · Strong understanding of compensation structures, HR regulations, and employment law (FLSA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, etc.) · Proven success with passive sourcing techniques and recruitment process optimization · Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and applicant tracking systems · 5-10 years of recruitment experience in a matrixed organization; healthcare experience preferred · Experience with internet sourcing and modern recruiting strategies Success Traits · Self-motivated and accountable for results · Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills · Adaptable and able to pivot across technical domains (e.g., marketing, finance, IT, clinical operations) · Resilient and persistent in managing high-volume searches · Committed to continuous improvement and innovative hiring solutions Why This Opportunity? · Join a high-impact team supporting critical business functions across a major organization · Hybrid work environment with flexibility for onsite collaboration and remote productivity · Opportunity to influence workforce planning and talent strategy at an enterprise level · Competitive compensation and professional growth potential Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
