Job Description:

--- Welcome visitors and employees by greeting them, in person or over the phone, in a professional and courteous manner
--- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
--- Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries in a timely manner
--- Keep reception area, lobby and conference room organized and presentable
--- Provide administrative and clerical support to management including typing, copying, e-mailing, faxing, data entry, and filing
--- Maintain conference room meeting schedules and catering orders
--- Submit and reconcile expense reports
--- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
--- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
--- Provide administrative support for the Human Resources team
o Maintain Employee files o Create and update employee records ensuring accuracy and validity of information o Process new hires, personal changes, status changes, and terminations requests in the portal o Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
o Assist the HR Manager to administer benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance


Requirements:
--- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
--- Professional, well-groomed appearance --- Pleasant, friendly personality and courteous telephone voice
--- Possess positive attitude, interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic
--- Strong organizational skills
--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
--- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize job activities using accuracy and attention to detail
--- High school diploma required
