Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide operational support and data management services for the corporate Human Resources Department. Specific job responsibilities and assignments will be assigned and directed by management.
Essential Functions and Requirements Function Requirements Operational Support -- Provide administrative support for the Human Resources department (training, recruiting, benefits). -- Responsible for performing daily Human Resources office tasks such as scheduling, organizing, coordinating and reporting: -- Lead the coordination and facilitation of the corporate employee processes to include onboarding, employee changes and supporting the off-boarding process. -- Manage training coordination for offsite training opportunities (external); manages training logistics for corporate training (internal), working with designated office liaisons. -- Logistical management of corporate HR events - Boot Camps, meetings, and other training and events. -- Provide support for campus recruitment initiatives and events including scheduling and hosting candidates. -- Manage inventory and procurement of HR supplies and specialty items, including gifts and giveaways. -- Responsible for technical writing in support of manuals, procedures, policies and communication tools. Data & Communications Management -- Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry and records management: -- Candidate and employee records in associated systems -- Accountable for assigned websites/workspaces in SharePoint (Jack). -- Maintain essential documentation within HR protocol and compliance per defined standards - to include electronic, hard copies and storage/retention. Systems Administration -- Serve as both and systems administrator of corporate Learning Management System; responsible for technical expertise and associated management: -- COINS system with designated access -- Applicant Tracking System -- Corporate third-party consumer report system(s) Customer Service -- Provide service to G & A employees, serves as a point of contact for all employees in all field offices and jobsites -- Provides service to craft supervision as requested -- Embraces technological innovations and continuously seeks to improve processes and best practices within the department and corporate organization. Other -- Communicate, through the appropriate channels, any observations of noncompliance with the Guiding Principles and Core Values of BMWC or other violations of policy or unethical and/or illegal actions that place personnel and the company at risk. -- Maintain the strictest confidentiality with confidential, proprietary and/or protected sensitive information. -- Other projects/responsibilities may be assigned as business dictates. Contacts This position has regular contact with all levels of internal and field staff members, Operations & Executive Leadership Teams, and third-party partners and vendors. This position is an operational support position within the Human Resources Department and reports directly to the Corporate Human Resources Manager. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Qualifications Required: -- Minimum of three years of professional experience in operational support roles in Human Resources. -- Strong service orientation, outstanding organizational skills, flexibility and professionalism. -- Effective time management, strong detail orientation and accuracy. -- Ability to work productively with a diverse team and provide exemplary customer service. -- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a constantly changing environment with minimal direct supervision day-to-day. -- Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products -Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint; technical aptitude to learn internal systems and required packages. -- Technical skills to include basic database management and systems administration Desired Characteristics: -- Professional experience with multi-site employers and remote workforce management. -- Experience administering HR systems - learning management systems, applicant tracking systems. Education Minimum of Associate's Degree in Human Resources, business or related field; Bachelor's degree is desired. Working Conditions The working conditions and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Required 40 hours per week. Office hours are 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasional approved overtime may be necessary to complete assigned tasks. The employee may be asked to travel to other company locations, and field construction or job sites on occasion.
