Systems Analyst reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems
including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support
applications systems.**Primary Responsibilities**+ Consults with
users to identify current operating procedures to clarify program
objectives+ Writes documentation to describe program development,
logic, coding and corrections+ Writes manual for users to describe
installation and operating procedures+ Responsible for data
integration and configuration+ May lead the work of others+ May
serve as a resource to associates with less experienceThis position

Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime
pay.**Requirements**+ Bachelor's degree in a related field+ Seven
(7) years' experience in field or related field**Skills and
Competencies**+ Ability to manage a team and various projects+
Demonstrated leadership capabilities+ Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills to troubleshoot application issues+
Excellent verbal, written communication, and organizational skills+
Knowledge and understanding of databases (i.e., SqlServer and/or

Systems Analyst is a full stack web developer who designs,
develops, tests, and maintains a rich ecosystem of applications and
learning solutions, utilizing modern open source technologies and
agile development methodologies. This position enables Human
Resources to provide impactful employee experiences by creating
high quality software solutions working in close collaboration with
all of the teams in Human Resources.**Additional
Responsibilities**+ Working with and understanding the needs and
requirements of the client+ Writing high quality source code+
Rapidly developing application prototypes+ Developing and
automating unit, integration, and acceptance tests+ Troubleshooting
and debugging applications+ Evaluating and refactoring existing
applications to improve quality and efficiency+ Developing
technical documentation related to development infrastructure,
processes and procedures+ Collaborating with IT and vendor partners
to manage, improve, and troubleshoot systems and
infrastructure**Additional Preferences**+ Strong object-oriented
design/development background+ Experience with web application
frameworks, especially Ruby on Rails, React, Ember, and NodeJS+
HTML5, CSS, Sass+ JavaScript/ECMAScript+ Server-side development
languages (e.g. Ruby, Python, PHP, etc.), Ruby experience
preferred+ Familiarity with Unix and shell scripting+ Familiarity
with modern web-based integration protocols and methods (e.g. REST,
SAML, etc.)+ Modern version control systems - Git experience
strongly preferred+ SQL and familiarity with major RDBMS (e.g.
Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, etc.)+ Unix web servers (e.g. Apache,
Nginx)+ Unit testing; experience with BDD/TDD techniques and tools
preferred+ Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g.
Scrum, Lean, XP, etc.)+ Familiarity with desktop operations systems
(i.e., MacOS, Linux, and/or Windows)+ Excellent analytical,
