For students, for future generations, for the future of education.**What You'll Contribute**As part of this team you will work on our SaaS platforms helping to implement solutions, support, and monitoring for functionality that directly provides and enables other teams to provide modern and intuitive user experiences for our customers. You will work with other experts to deliver solutions that integrate multiple cloud applications, including Salesforce, PING, and Adobe. You will leverage your proven ability, experience, and knowledge to lead and navigate an enterprise environment.**What You'll Do**---Participates in the collaborative effort to ensure best of breed solutioning on our various SaaS platforms (Salesforce, PING, Adobe). Works in iterative sprints to design, develop, and test solutions. Implements solutions and monitoring to improve the existing platforms and ensure overall system health. Works on new product enhancements to grow our customer base and generate additional revenue for the product line. Drives initiatives and seek to achieve the intended outcome(s) of work items and work thru ambiguity in a self-directed fashion. Assist in driving overall team progress towards goals. 40%---Helps drive and lead SaaS Technologies team work items (Azure Dev Ops). Ensures intent and objectives behind work items are being met. Mentor/guide/instruct/etc. other team members to maximize team throughput and value. Identifies and prioritizes work items that align with strategic objectives as well as team iteration objectives. 20%---Collaborates with teams to identify approach, dependencies, tasks, and seek opportunities for automation; mentor other team members, help recruit and onboard other top-talented developers. 20%---Continually improves your craft as a SaaS Systems Administrator by learning and leveraging the latest platform releases, solution patterns & best practices, related business principles, and technology across all relevant SaaS platforms.
