Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute Anaplan development initiatives across a wide variety
of use cases, including, Forecasting, Budgeting, Financial
Reporting, Profitability and various ad-hoc requests
- Automate and build integrations for seamless data flow to
Anaplan, Essbase, Dynamics SL, Excel, PeopleSoft and other
reporting platforms
- Collaborate closely with regional finance teams on key
financial reporting (budgeting, forecasting, variance
reporting)
- Act as an Anaplan expert who can implement effective processes
utilizing available technology
- Leverage an understanding of data and financial modeling to
provide insights and data transparency throughout all levels of the
company
- Build solid relationships as the data subject matter expert in
business situations You'll be rewarded and recognized for your

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or
equivalent experience
- Anaplan Solutions Model Builder Certification
- 3+ years of advanced excel experience including data analysis,
report writing and/or development
- 2+ years of Anaplan design / modeling experience in a larger
enterprise or Consulting environment
- Experience with medium sized reporting transformations and
project requirement collection and project management
- Experience building and maintaining complex Excel files and/or
experience with Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Essbase, ETL Tools or
similar software
- Experience creating workflow diagrams and process documentation
to explain technical processes to non-technical consumers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced Excel, VBA, macros,
etc.) and Outlook. A working knowledge of other MS Office
products.
- Proven ability to perform all essential job functions with or

- Proven ability to gather requirements for new projects and
deliver complete and effective tools
- Passionate about continuously improving themselves, learning
about data reporting and automation, and simplifying processes

- Proven solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communications
skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California,
Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City, or Washington
residents is $101,200 to $184,000. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to education, work experience,
certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group
