LOCATION: - -11000 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 (Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S.)
DUTIES: - -Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Duties include: design and configure advanced security features with a razor-sharp focus on automation; configure, design and develop advanced security capabilities across Enterprise Information Security and UHG; code and script with security; partner with various teams and app owners to drive remediation; provide technical guidance of resolution to various engineering teams; and develop and maintain partnership with engineering and infrastructure team. REQUIREMENTS: - -Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or related computer occupation. - -Position requires 1 year of experience in the following:--- - -Coding in Java with Spring/Springboot, Kafka, or Maven/Gradle;--- - -Python, node, or Golang;--- - -Security in network or app systems;--- - -Container orchestration such as Kubernetes or Docker;--- - -Public cloud such as Azure, AWS, or GCP; and--- - -Database skills such as SQL or NoSQL.
RATE OF PAY: -$99,694 - $169,950 / -per year
