Job Description:
The DCS Air & Space Technology (AST) Sector is seeking a highly
skilled Security Compliance Manager to support extensive high
visibility Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) efforts.

Security markets. As a member of our team in Dayton, OH, you will
support security protocols across multiple programs, products, and
services with the customer. This role is critical in ensuring the
confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer assets and
requires expertise in program protection, OPSEC, industrial
security, personnel security, cybersecurity, and incident response.
Essential Job Functions: Assist in Program Protection Plans (PPP)
and implementation to mitigate threats and vulnerabilities. Conduct
threat awareness education in coordination with DoD, DAF, AFMC, and
AFRL sources. Support the development and enforcement of a
comprehensive OPSEC program covering customer activities. Review
publications, presentations, and information for OPSEC compliance
before public release. Evaluate and recommend improvements to prime
contractor OPSEC plans. Enforce National Industrial Security
Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) standards across customer
stakeholders. Ensure classified information is protected from
initiation to destruction. Perform access control for restricted
areas, manage classified package processing, and coordinate courier
services. Manage personnel security actions, including visitor
tracking, clearance processing, and security awareness training.
Ensure the security of customer information systems, coordinating
access requests and classified data transfers. Review System
Security Plans (SSPs) from contractors and provide recommendations
to improve security postures. Facilitate cybersecurity awareness
training and implement best practices across customer stakeholders.
Develop and implement a comprehensive incident response plan,
including tabletop exercises and real-world incident coordination.
Maintain the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) to ensure
operational resilience. Prepare and maintain security compliance
documentation, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations,
and standards. Conduct security assessments and audits to uphold
regulatory requirements. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of
customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. At
least a BS degree in Computer Science, Aerospace, Electrical, or
Mechanical Engineering, and 8 years of related experience.
Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government background
investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to
classified information. Active TS/SCI level U.S. DoD security
clearance, with eligibility for additional accesses as needed.
Maintain Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Level-II certification
in accordance with AFMAN-17-1303 and DoD 8570.01-M. Experience in
cybersecurity, OPSEC, industrial security, and personnel security
within DoD environments. Working knowledge of NISPOM, Risk
Management Framework (RMF), DISS, COOP, and SSP development. Strong
ability to analyze threats and implement protective measures.
Excellent communication skills for training, compliance reporting,
and coordination with stakeholders. Desired Skills: MS in Computer
Science, Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Familiarity with Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration and
Modeling (AFSIM) and its application within the DoD
environment.
