Outreach Specialist to represent AT&T, connect with potential
customers, and spark interest in essential connectivity services.
As a Customer Outreach Specialist, you’ll be the first face of
AT&T’s affordable connectivity program, engaging the community,
introducing services, and qualifying interested individuals for
next steps. With hands-on training, you’ll spark conversations,
share real benefits, and help ensure essential services reach those
who need them most Essential Functions of the Customer Outreach
Specialist Role Engage directly with potential AT&T customers
at events, retail sites, and outreach zones, focusing on affordable
connectivity program eligibility. Represent AT&T with energy
and knowledge, clearly explaining product benefits and program
value. Assess customer needs to identify service preferences and
potential qualification for discounted offers. Qualify interested
leads and smoothly hand off or schedule follow-ups with sales
specialists. Distribute branded materials and program info to boost
visibility and support community awareness. Gather customer
feedback and local insights to help refine outreach strategies.
Accurately log customer interactions and lead details, including
program eligibility status. Attend all trainings to stay current on
AT&T products, promotions, and outreach best practices. Uphold
professionalism and empathy, creating positive experiences with
every interaction. Work collaboratively to share insights, meet
team goals, and drive enrollment success.
