Analytics Engineering and Visualization Hub is a new team within
Finance Digital Transformation. Its mission is to build trusted
data products—including semantic models, dashboards, and other
tools—that empower Finance and the broader organization to make
faster, smarter decisions. By standardizing data and visual design,
we enable scalable analytics, data literacy, and the foundation for
AI-driven solutions. Position Description: The Analyst - Analytics
Engineering and Visualization Hub will primarily be responsible to
build and maintain high-impact, aesthetically polished dashboards
and enterprise-grade semantic models, while also contributing to
the data engineering workflows that support them. The ideal
candidate combines deep Power BI expertise with experience working
in Microsoft Fabric, including the ability to shape, transform, and
manage data pipelines using lakehouse or warehouse environments.
This role reports to the Senior Director of the Analytics
Engineering and Visualization Hub. Responsibilities: Partner with
Finance stakeholders, data engineers, and BI peers to understand
business needs and ensure data products deliver accurate, relevant,
and actionable insights Build efficient and scalable Power BI
semantic models using best practices in data modeling, DAX,
performance optimization, and row-level security Design intuitive,
visually compelling dashboards aligned with UX/UI principles to
support financial planning, forecasting, and operational
decision-making Develop and maintain data pipelines and
transformation logic using Microsoft Fabric tools (e.g., Dataflows
Gen2, Lakehouse, Notebooks, Pipelines) Collaborate with enterprise
data engineering teams to prepare and optimize data from a variety
of sources for reporting, including cleansing, shaping, and
aggregating data in Fabric environments Define and enforce
standards, templates, and documentation to promote consistent
development practices and broad adoption of the hub-developed
assets Support the rollout, enablement, and training of
self-service users within Finance Troubleshoot and resolve issues
to improve the performance, reliability, and usability of reports,
dashboards, and models Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field 3
years of experience building Power BI reports and semantic models
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric Qualified applicants must
be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

certification (e.g., PL-300) or Microsoft Fabric certification
(e.g., DP-600 or successor) Familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud
platforms Experience contributing to enterprise data governance and
standardization efforts Proficient in DAX, Power Query (M), and
best practices in data modeling and visualization Hands-on
experience with the use of Lakehouses, Warehouses, Dataflows Gen2,
and Pipelines Familiarity with data transformation techniques using
SQL and/or PySpark within Fabric notebooks Experience building and
managing secure, scalable semantic models with robust access
controls Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the
ability to work across business and technical stakeholders

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $63,750 -
$145,200 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit
