Job Description:
Lincoln Electric, a leader in welding and cutting solutions
globally, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic
team in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will manage various
engineering projects from inception to completion, focusing on
timely delivery, budget adherence, and achieving high-quality
standards. This position offers you the opportunity to work in an
innovative environment, driving projects that enhance our
cutting-edge welding technology solutions. Develop and define
project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business goals
in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Estimate
the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and
propose budget. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones
using appropriate tools, tracking project milestones and
deliverables. Direct and manage project execution to ensure
adherence to budget, schedule, and scope; adjust project
constraints based on financial analysis. Develop and deliver
progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and
presentations. Conduct project post mortems and create a
recommendations report in order to identify successful and
unsuccessful project elements. Develop best practices and tools for
project execution and management. Strong leadership and
decision-making skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and
coordination abilities Proficient in project management software,
like MS Project or Basecamp Ability to work under pressure and
manage multiple projects at once Strong communication and
interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and leading project
teams Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar agile project management
certifications is a plus.
