LitigationDescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic, talented Senior
Counsel - Litigation to join our team specializing in litigation
headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role is designated
hybrid and requires less than 20% overall travel.In this role, the
Senior Counsel - Litigation will make an impact in the following
ways:Responsible for handling various complex legal matters working
within a specific business, region, or functionHandles significant
risk and/or complex legal questions and projects; negotiates legal
matters within the individual realm of responsibilityUnderstands
the business environment and uses analytical skills and experience
to set priorities and recommend options to minimize riskWorks
cross-functionallyIdentifies and drives the development of legal
strategies for business; manages client expectations to balance
requirements and competing priorities; provides practical legal
advice and alternative solutionsDevelop strategies to defend and
resolve enforcement actions and related litigationDemonstrates
specialization proficiency in one or more areas of law, specialty,
or function, acts as a resource to othersInfluences and contributes
to company objectives and goalsConducts legal projects
independentlyMay train and supervise attorneys, paralegals, and
consultants; may be involved in hiring, developing and retaining
talent within the Legal functionEnsures efficient and timely
communication with coworkers, clients, and team members;
demonstrates recognized leadership and values of the companyTo be

minimum of 10 years of corporate/firm litigation experience

requiredCompensation and BenefitsBase salary range:
$150,000-$250,000. Please note that the salary range provided is a
good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer
will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a
candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such
as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan,
Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic
