seeking a seasoned Permanent Paralegal with a strong background in
medical malpractice. As a Permanent Paralegal, you will be at the
heart of our legal operations, managing multiple complex projects,

assistance. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Paralegal, your
responsibilities will be diverse and challenging, offering you an
excellent opportunity to hone your skills and gain valuable
experience. Your duties will include: 1. Conducting extensive legal
research and analysis to support case preparation. 2. Drafting,
reviewing, and revising legal documents such as contracts,
depositions, agreements, and pleadings. 3. Assisting attorney in
the preparation and filing of all court documents and managing case
files. 4. Coordinating and managing timelines for court
appearances, depositions, and other important deadlines. 5.
Liaising with clients, witnesses, and other law firms to gather and
organize evidence and other legal documents. 6. Assisting in the
preparation of legal arguments, applications, declarations, and
motions. 7. Maintaining meticulous records and safeguarding the
confidentiality of clients' information. Qualifications: To be
considered for the Permanent Paralegal role, you will need to meet
the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of paralegal
experience, with at least 3 years in medical malpractice. 2.
Previous experience in a defense firm is highly desirable. 3.
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing various legal documents. 4.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 5. A
professional demeanor and the ability to maintain strict
confidentiality. 6. Excellent organizational skills, with the
ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. 7.
Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and
self-motivation. 8. Proven track record of meeting critical
deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 9. Paralegal certification
