Cincinnati, Ohio | In Office An AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Environmental practice group in the Cincinnati office. This opportunity is ideal for a litigation associate interested in working on environmental disputes and complex regulatory litigation matters , while collaborating closely with partners and litigation teams in a fast-paced practice. The Role The associate will work closely with partners and litigation teams on environmental litigation matters , including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, assisting with discovery and case management, and participating in depositions and court appearances. Associates will gain exposure to complex environmental disputes and regulatory issues , while working with clients and opposing counsel on sophisticated litigation matters. Ideal Background • 2 years of litigation experience • Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and dispositive motions • Experience assisting with depositions, discovery, and court appearances • Experience working in a large law firm environment preferred • Strong legal research, analytical, and persuasive writing skills • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school • Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Ohio State Bar Why This Opportunity • Opportunity to work on complex environmental litigation matters • Collaborative litigation team environment with direct partner interaction • Exposure to sophisticated regulatory and environmental disputes • Established AmLaw 100 platform with a strong national reputation Compensation Salary Range: $180,000 – $220,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
