Description: The Operator will work in the Indianapolis Parenteral
Manufacturing site where Parenteral products for domestic and
international markets are manufactured. The primary purpose of the
job is to manufacture, fill sterile products into syringes, and
package product. Position Brand Description: The Formulation/Prep
Operations is a key part of the Operations team in Lilly’s
Indianapolis Parenteral Manufacturing site. We manufacture and fill
injectable parenteral products in state-of-the-art facilities to
supply patients around the world. This position will work in a
building with a best-in-class, global production line. Operators
will work with advanced industry technologies. Operators will learn
transferable skills from a global team and support key current and
upcoming company products. Key Objectives/Deliverables: Operator
Objectives Ensure strict compliance with established
policies/procedures (Safety, Production Procedures, Sanitization,
Gowning, Etc.) Completion of training and qualifications to stay
current and qualified to perform job. Adhere to Parenteral Plant
safety policies and procedures, contribute to a safe work
environment. Perform sanitizations in classified areas to maintain
the sterility of the area, operation, and product. Adhere to
standard operating procedures and current Good Manufacturing
Practices to ensure quality of product. Document process steps on
appropriate batch documentation following Good Documentation
Practices. Set up and perform operations tasks in both aseptic and
non-aseptic processes. Prep equipment for the filling line to use
in the filling process. Formulate drug products to be filled into
syringes on the filling line. Teardown and wash equipment used on
the filling line. Pre and Post test filters used during drug
product runs as well as filters used on canisters for equipment.
Must be able to wear proper Personal protective Equipment (PPE)
while performing tasks. Minimum Requirements: High school
diploma/GED Minimum 3 Years of Manufacturing Experience Qualified
applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a
full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work

plus Hands-on-experience with tools and equipment is a plus Ability
to demonstrate attention to detail Basic math skills Basic computer
skills, with capability to learn in more detail Excellent
documentation skills Completion of Post Offer Exam or Completion of
Work Simulation, if applicable Military experience is a strong

training Transition to permanent day shift position as schedule

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $17.30 - $38.08
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company
bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
