"Supervisor – IDAP Reach Packaging Operations" role is responsible
for providing shift leadership on the Reach Packaging Process Team
at the Indianapolis Device Assembly and Packaging (IDAP)
manufacturing site. The Supervisor is responsible for daily floor
operations including safety of the area, operator compliance with
all policies and procedures, training and development of new
operators, management of resources in alignment with production
plan, and helping resolve production issues. The Supervisor will
work alongside another peer supervisor in order to manage day shift
resources across three device packaging lines. The supervisor can
expect to personally manage 10-13 operators. Key
Responsibilities/Deliverables: Safety: Demonstrating and delivering
a strong safety culture for the shift and maintaining a safe work
environment Prioritizing safety by adhering to all health and
safety guidelines and leading by example Quality Delivering strong
quality performance for the shift in accordance with established
procedures Ensuring strict shift adherence to all cGMP requirement
Communicating with area leadership and support personnel on safety,
quality, engineering, and operational issues Leadership
Supervising, developing, and coaching direct reports through
regular interaction, floor presence, career development discussions
and performance management reviews ? Accountability for shift
performance and actions taken in order to achieve safety, quality,
and production targets Managing adequate staffing of the device
packaging lines to meet business production needs safely
Initiating, investigating, and documenting safety and quality
incidents that occur in the area Identifying opportunities for
continuous improvement in safety, quality and productivity, and
driving improvement in these areas Minimum Requirements: Proven
ability to effectively communicate across various levels and
functions (operators, maintenance, engineers, management)
Demonstrated leadership ability including providing coaching and
feedback to others Strong safety and quality mindset Strong
organizational skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple
tasks Basic computer skills (desktop software) Ability to work a
12.25 hour day shift schedule (5:45 AM - 6:00 PM) Ability to work a
2-2-3 rotating schedule (Mon-Tue Fri-Sun one week, Wed-Thu the
other) Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while in
production areas (safety glasses, safety shoes, protective gloves,
hearing protection) Qualified applicants must be authorized to work

supervisor/management experience Ability to navigate SAP, EWM, PMX
Knowledge and experience with cGMP requirements Experience working

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $35.33 - $51.83
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company
bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
