office for an HR Intern. If you are a junior or senior in college
and want to be part of a fast-paced team where you will build new
skills and have opportunities for immediate impact, this could be
the role for you.
This is a part time position starting in January with the
possibility of continuing the internship on a full time basis in
the summer. In addition to supporting daily HR activities, special
projects will involve the following initiatives:
Development and ongoing analysis of key metrics to help drive
Document control to demonstrate employees are fully competent in
Presentation of onboarding program and design of supporting
materials and processes.
Involvement in employee engagement activities.
- Support of learning and development programs for new
supervisors and managers.
The following skills and abilities will lead to a successful
Strong analytical skills, including Excel
Effective communicator: written, verbal and presentations
Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Detail oriented
