What You Will Do:
Organize and coordinate quality, risk and
patient safety program activities and workflow.
• Coordinate quality, risk and/or patient
safety aspects of The Joint Commission continuous
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on problem identification
and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new
services and systems/ performance measures.
• Support activities related to quality and risk reduction
initiatives and compliance with patient safety standards.
• Analyze and report on data collected from a variety of sources.
Develops detailed quality financial reports for specific groups and

involving utilizing various EMRs and the
clinical registry database, as applicable.
- Provide feedback to the clinical registry abstractors regarding
areas of success and areas of improvement.
- Maintain quality audit results on an ongoing basis for
each clinical registry abstractor.
- Compile and present education to the clinical abstraction team
in the event of clinical registry updates.
- Participates in National / state / local registry
meetings and provides information to clinical

What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification /
• Quality Professional.

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or
Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
