We Are Hiring:

Are you a talented Program Manager with a budget and risk experience?  Apply below!

What You Will Do:
  • Provides estimates for program budget and monitors and adjusts plan as resource requirements change.
  • Ensures all aspects of the project are documented for internal and external use.  
  • Follow the quality review process to ensure quality metrics meet goals.   
  •  Anticipate and mitigate risk by conducting ongoing assessments to determine if the implementation plans meet stakeholder requirements. 
  • Organize, lead and develop project scope to drive delivery of program work throughout the organization.
  • Assist in developing new process improvements for how technology is implemented into construction.
  • Communicates on-going project status, potential issues, and timelines to leadership.
  • Understanding of Service Now, Smartsheet and Capacity Management
    Works with Resource Managers to plan and reserve needed resources.

 

Manage assigned program(s) to meet business objectives.

  • Develop program goals and infrastructure to align with defined business strategy.
  • Manage program through creating program plans, management tools and reporting capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure resources are assigned to meet program goals.
  • Recommend program budget and monitor and adjust plan as resource requirements change.
  • Communicate and document program quality outcomes and progress metrics.
  • Address and resolve project issues to ensure goals remain on track.
What You Will Need:

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience required.
  • 5 years of experience preferred.
  • 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
