(L&D) team!!! This role performs most of the duties as a
facilitator / POC (point of contact) for all things L&D!!!

Shift Info: 7AM-7PM 24 hours per week.
Weekend and holiday rotation requirements. Benefits
Details: Kronos and Google product experience is a plus.
Medical Office support experience also preferred. Computer
skills and ability to multitask.
What You Will Do:
Perform administrative and clerical duties
in support of an assigned clinical area.
What You Will Need:
- Greet patients and visitors, answer/screen/route telephone
calls, files, distribute mail and perform other general clerical
- Communicate with patients, families, physicians and other
healthcare team members about patient care according to protocol.
Schedule patients for individual appointment and in a timely
- Provide assistance with programs/software for
Physicians/Clinicians through the order entry processes, transfers
and discharges. Assemble and maintain patient charts.
- Coordinate meetings/schedules meetings/rooms with the
appropriate person, send notices as requested.
- Maintain meeting minutes. Enter and maintain timekeeping
changes and staff schedules in computer systems.
Licensure / Certification /
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association
- High school diploma or GED required.
