B2B Commerce Product Manager

As the owner of the B2B e-commerce platform roadmap, the B2B
E-Commerce Product Manager will work cross-functionally with
internal sales, customer service, digital, and development teams to
identify new opportunities, define requirements, and execute new
platform features/enhancements that will meet, grow and exceed
business objectives. This position will also play a key role during
the rollout of new features through ownership of strategic
communication and training with both internal stakeholders and
external customers to ensure alignment and launch success. The
successful candidate must have the capacity to work in a fast-paced
environment, demonstrate the ability to influence others, and
effectively leverage technical aptitude to translate complex
business requirements to digital development teams.
Minimum of 3-5 years of digital program manager or software product
management experience. Previous B2B e-commerce program management
experience is preferred.
Practical experience developing and executing product roadmaps
while communicating product vision to various stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven
ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional
internal and external customers.
Networks effectively build relationships and influence varied
2+ years of interacting directly with external customers
(experience with HVAC business customers preferred).
Demonstrated experience translating business requirements to
technical development teams and managing digital execution projects
from inception through production deployment.Excellent
organizational skills with very great attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple and sometimes competing
Self-directed, quick learner who solves problems quickly and takes
a hands-on approach.
Experience with Agile project management methodology and working
with Scrum team.
Ability to function as a project leader and individual
Demonstrated experience identifying improvement and growth
opportunities with strategic thinking to anticipate long-term
challenges and end-user value.
Proven ability to analyze, measure and report user engagement and
impact on revenue.
Experience managing budget and forecasting.
