Hiring Class A CDL Local Truck Drivers in Indianapolis

CDL A truck drivers average $80,000 per year and get home daily.

Trucking Job Highlights:

• Average $80,000 per year
• Earn $27.60 per hour (if you work on the weekends, you'll earn an additional $1.00 per hour)
  • Hourly Wage Premium of $30.20 per hour through October 2021
• Overtime available after 40 hours worked
• Delivering Starbucks or Chick-fil-A products to stores
• Average 45-50 hours per week
• Bonuses include:
  • $1,000 referral bonus for warehouse and helpers
  • $5,000 for Class A drivers
  • $10,000 sign on bonus ($2,500 paid every 90 days)
  • $5,000 performance and attendance bonus ($1,250 paid every 90 days)
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, and Schedule:

• Home every night
• Scheduled for four 10-hour shifts per week
• Shifts start between 12 pm to 3 pm or 8 pm to 11 pm
• Route: 200 miles around Greenwood, IN
• Level of touch - unloading freight at each drop off location (Starbucks and Chick-fil-A)

Driver Qualifications Required of this Position:

• Must have CDL A license
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
• Must be able to frequently lift/handle cases ranging from 5-50 pounds
• No DUI/DWIs in last 10 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
