Job description:NVB Playgrounds, Inc. is looking for a 3D Designer to join our team. We are a fast-growing company in the playground market, both producing and selling playground equipment. We create realistic renderings and drawings for our customers to promote sales and set our brand apart. The design team gets to flex their creativity by generating new products, customizing existing ones and much more. You will have an opportunity to gain a substantial amount of industry knowledge and develop your skills.Required Qualifications:

• Able to use 3D Studio Max or equivalent program (i.e. Maya)
• Proficient using 2D CAD type programs (i.e. Sketchup, and Layout)
• 1-3 years of working experience in 3D and/or design
• Proficiency in product design and previsualization
• Bachelor's in 3D graphics, product design or related field
• Works well in a team setting
• Receptive to changes in workflow
• A viewable portfolio or examples of previous work
• Proficient in hard surface poly modelingPrimary Responsibilities:
  • Creating product assemblies following local and ASTM guidelines
  • Managing product documentation for designs (i.e. cut sheets, install instructions)
  • Producing high quality 3D renderings for site plan mockups
  • Designing with an understanding of manufacturing guidelines and restrictions
  • Reading requests and delivering results in a timely manner
  • Bringing creativity and new ideas to the teamFrequently Used Software:

    • Vray
    • Sketchup
    • Layout
    • Fusion 360
    • Draftsight
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
