Job DescriptionPrimary PurposeThe Talent Acquisition Partner will execute full lifecycle recruiting, be a key driver in building external talent pipelines into Heritage Interactive Services and assist in the facilitation of talent movement between The Heritage Group businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship building skills. This role will source, identify, and qualify exempt and non-exempt candidates, and assist in moving them through the hiring process. The qualified candidate will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment by partnering with hiring managers to define the Company's talent needs while overseeing the recruitment process, from requisition through on-boarding. This includes in-depth talent sourcing on multiple recruiting platforms. Maintains a talent pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates, effectively screening applicants, and establishing and building relationships with outside sources (e.g., colleges, universities, associations. etc).Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Perform full lifecycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions including job posting, screening of candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, preparing, extending and negotiating offers. Support post-offer pre-employment process for hiring.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, candidates, and key business stakeholders.
  • Effectively partner with hiring managers to assess and define talent needs and job requirements to ensure that job postings and searches are targeted to attract highly qualified candidates.
  • Create, edit post and maintain online job postings to internal company career site as well as external job boards that are in compliance with position needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop ongoing, proactive candidate relationship management program to build pipelines and recruit passive diverse candidates.
  • Evaluate candidates to determine their competencies and qualification and provide feedback on the skill and cultural fit of candidates.
  • Utilize efficient and effective recruitment strategies including passive techniques, social networking, data mining, cold calling, job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, etc.
  • Serve as a constant point of contact for candidates as they go through the candidate process through effective communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage, schedule and coordinate all logistics for interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and hiring teams.
  • Responsible for data management and integrity in the applicant tracking system and other HR systems, and compliance of federal employment laws and internal policies and procedures.
  • Understand business and market conditions to maintain talent pipelines at appropriate levels to accommodate anticipated demand in line with corporate growth and business initiatives as well as stay in contact with potential candidates who have experience that aligns with future need.
  • Work collaboratively with other areas of Human Resources to ensure achievement of department objectives.
  • Attend local and national career fairs and professional events as well as on-campus recruiting.Heritage believes that each employee makes a significant contribution to our success. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.Experience: Three (3) to Five (5) years experience recruiting both exempt and non-exempt roles on a national or multi-location basis required. Ability to use an Applicant Tracking System, Linkedin Recruiter, and other job search programs required. Experience with Applicant Pool ATS is beneficial.Knowledge & Abilities: Strong understanding of compliant recruiting practices. Support the process of elevating the candidate experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-facility environment with a high sense of urgency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Strong attention to detail. Out of the box critical thinking skills. Possesses the ability to effectively work as a member of a team or independently and the desire to celebrate other's successes. Must possess an elevated level of professionalism, accountability and confidentiality. Minimal travel may be necessary. Valid Drivers license required.A post offer drug screen will be required.EEO including disability/veteran
