Superintendent to join our talented group of employees in
Indianapolis.ResponsibilitiesA Superintendent at Skender is
responsible for managing the onsite activities of a project,
including the assurance of timely and safe completion, adherence
with the contract documents, and observance of project budgets. An
individual in this role must also develop and maintain a
professional working relationship with the owner, architect, and
other related project participants.Schedule management and
production fundamentalsAssure all safety is compliant with company
safety planImplement quality assurance to industry
standardsCultivate relationships with our clients, trade partners,
and architectsEmpower and motivate others on assigned
projectsQualifications5 or more years of experience in a
supervisory capacity in the construction or engineering
fieldThorough knowledge of all aspects of construction, including
technology, equipment, methods, scheduling, safety, and
qualityExperience working on healthcare projects highly
