Trained infirefighting, ship stability and chemical, radiological and biological warfare defense, these Sailorsare masters of it all. They also provide training to ensure that all Sailors are prepared for anemergency, since all engineers are trained as first responders and attend additional training(BECC-Basic Engineering Common Core) on the first line of defense when it comes to fires,flooding, and CBR attacks.MASTER-AT-ARMSProvide security on ships, at bases and at military installations all around the world. Whetherexecuting crime prevention programs or carrying out anti-terrorism measures, the Sailorsworking as the Navys military police are equipped to handle any situation.
