This cross functional role is key to client retention and upselling, while working across all Keter departments, including Finance, Legal, Operations, and Sales. The AE ensures a positive client experience through activities such as delivery and explanation of performance reporting, partnering with the client to roadmap sustainability goals, resolving escalated service delivery concerns, and advocating internally for client needs. There is a strong focus on relationship development to this role. The AE creates trust with clients and is an advisor for all waste and recycling needs. The successful AE possesses a passion for environmental sustainability while ensuring Keter's profitability through the entire customer lifecycle. Duties and responsibilities Develops and administers an Account Plan with each key corporate contact.Distributes and advises client on monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting; produces and presents year end reviews with clients to highlight key information.Maintains alignment with key corporate contacts; facilitates corporate initiatives with internal customers.Serves as a client advocate if site level issues or concerns are escalated and maintains communication with corporate contacts through resolution. Collaborates with the customer and internally with department leaders to implement new customer sites while ensuring key objectives and results are achieved.Analyzes client financial performance through monthly Income Statement review, providing variance comments and action item planning.Tracks, facilitates and communicates contract renewals and billing adjustments.Seeks and understands industry changes and effects on services provided.Innovates ideas relating to increased recycling and sustainability through client education.Where applicable and within assigned client accounts, creates a plan to upsell additional waste & recycling streams that Keter may not currently manage.Understands assigned vertical(s): the competitive environment, opportunities, and unmet needs.Partners with Keter's sales team to identify expansion opportunities for additional customer sites not currently managed by Keter.Determines sustainability priorities for each customer and advocates for and manages customer success. ***This is not an all-inclusive list. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma and professional experience will be highly considered.5 - 7 years of experience in project management, sales, account management or similar role is required.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.Must have a strong understanding of general math and accounting concepts and demonstrate accuracy in financial calculations and analysis.Should have strong time management, project management, and analytical skills.Have ability to read and interpret contracts and other business documents.Travel up to approximately 20% may be required.
