The -Senior Business Operations Coordinator -is responsible for handling all on - boarding, coaching requests, vendor reporting and serving as a liaison between operations and our vendor managers. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensures quality customer service for internal and external customers
  • Responds to incoming vendor requests, both verbal and written
  • Identifies and assesses vendor's needs quickly and accurately
  • Solves problems systematically, using sound business judgment
  • Supports the vendor managers to ensure KPI data is current for our vendor partners.
  • Monitors delegated customer service issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution
  • Applies appropriate communication techniques when responding to customers, particularly in stressful situations
  • Completes on boarding of our vendor agents
  • Develops, maintains, and analyzes data to report back to the vendor partners
  • Tracks performance and coaching opportunities
  • Resolves system issues for call center employees
  • Establishes and demonstrates competency in customer service, call flow, KPI's and associated applications
  • Implements customer service strategies and recommends related improvements / enhancements
  • Maintains timely, accurate documentation for all appropriate transactions
  • Makes corrections and adjustments
  • Proactively seeks to further develop competencies
  • Keeps management abreast of all outstanding issues
  • Adapts procedures, processes, and techniques to meet the more complex position requirements
  • Addresses special (ad - hoc) projects as appropriate

Required Qualifications:
      • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
      • 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
      • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint -(editing, saving, and uploading)
      • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office including Microsoft PowerPoint (editing and creating presentations) and Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting, and saving data in a spreadsheet, creating pivot tables, formulas and analyzing data)
      • Ability to work 8 hours shift between 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. CST Monday - Friday (Occasional weekends) Preferred Qualifications:

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: -The salary range for Colorado residents is $18.17 to $32.26. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $20.00 to $35.53.
