Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

*ITech Digital*, a national provider of security solutions, seeks a Customer Success Specialist for its Indianapolis team. As a growing security integrator of video surveillance, access control, and intrusion, we are in need of a client service-focused individual, with very keen attention to detail.

*Essential Functions*

* Act as the customer's trusted advisor providing a voice, support, guidance, and knowledge resources relating to ITech's products and services throughout all phases of the customer lifecycle.
* Implement strategies and processes that deliver consistent customer satisfaction and retention.
* Ensure onboarding processes are precisely executed to build a strong customer relationship foundation.
* Utilize extensive product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and training to enhance customer engagements and achieve successful outcomes.
* Coordinate with internal teams to access additional resources and facilitate the solutions and tools needed by customers.
* Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, including delivering customer feedback as a voice of the customer to internal teams identifying customer needs, ideas, and challenges.
* Advocate for solutions, product enhancements, and other actions to meet the needs of customers.
* May work on projects of varying complexity in a supportive role.
* Administer issue tracking processes and compiles customer feedback.
* Contact clients to complete sales information needed to process orders.
* Assist sales team in preparing pricing, proposals, presentations and contracts.
* Join sales reps on appointments (via phone) with strategic accounts whennecessary and act as a member of the account team and resource to customerswhen representatives are in the field.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
* An analytical and proactive approach to problem solving.
* Extreme attention to detail.
* Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deliverables and competing client requests.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote), Salesforce and Quickbooks.
* Ability to react to changes quickly and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
* An outgoing, friendly and positive attitude.
* Passion for technology with technical acument.

*Work Environment & Physical Demands*

This position works in our Indianapolis office, Monday through Friday from 8-5PM. This position may be required to sit for long periods of time, pack and unpack materials which includes standing, bending, lifting and moving up to 30 pounds.

*Position Type and Expected Hours of Work*

* This is a full time, exempt position
* Compensation commensurate with experience

*Supervisory Responsibility*

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

*Education and Experience*

* B.S. Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or similar field, or minimum of five years relevant experience.
* Minimum three years experience in a customer-facing role.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
