SUMMARY : The Customer Care Team is the heart of MWR. MWR meets people on their worst days, and it is our job to ease their discomfort and educate them throughout their experience. Customer Care is the first interaction most customers have with MWR and it is the responsibility of the Customer Care Team to help make each customer journey the best that it can be. This position requires a mindset that cares first and foremost about the needs of our customers. This is accomplished by enthusiastically assisting our customers, showing empathy for their needs, urgency to get results, and providing clear expectations.


As a Customer Care Specialist, your day will include the following tasks. Tasks may be added or removed as necessary, but the core responsibilities outlined below should be expected to occur regularly in your day to day workflow.

  • Creating multiple positive customer experiences over the phone or through email
  • Answering and making a high volume of phone calls
  • Scheduling new job inspections
  • Effectively communicating with team members from multiple departments in multiple mediums
  • Creating jobs in an internal system
  • Directing incoming leads to the appropriate team members
  • Updating multiple different systems for data accuracy
  • Monitoring multiple lead sources for new work
  • Processing and directing incoming mail
  • Maintaining coverage of the front desk area
  • Scanning, receiving or sending documentation
  • Minor office maintenance tasks PM22
