Here is your chance to work at one of the largest OEMs in the
aerospace, civil and defense industry as their Control Systems
Engineer in Indianapolis, IN. We are seeking individuals with 1+
years of product development engineering experience to join their
team ASAP!!!Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pmHybrid Work Schedule - 3 days in
the office; 2 days WFHAs the Control Systems Engineer, you will be
the owner of assigned programs and responsible for providing
technical guidance, counsel, and direction to a small team of
engineers to ensure technical outcomes are on task and
delivered.Key Responsibilities:* Develop electronic control system
requirements, design and verification work products for safety
critical applications as per ARP4754 and appropriate guidance
within DO-178B.* Assist in establishing the highest standards of
technical capability, quality, professionalism, and teamwork within
project team.* Provide engineering and process direction, guidance,
or training by exchanging complex technical ideas and information
in a concise and logical way.* Review engineering work products for
quality and completeness of technical content.* Resolve complex
problems through the application of acquired technical experience
and knowledge.* Ability to tailor technical message to a broader
audience with various levels of technical knowledge and
understanding.What we need from you:* Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering with 1+ years of
product development engineering experience OR;* Or Master's degree
in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering* In order to be
considered for this role, you must be a US CitizenWhat will make
you stand out:* Application of agile development methods to deliver
engineering work products.* Experience with military qualification
of airborne systems* Gas turbine engine or propulsion control
system experience* Experience with FAA certification or military
qualification of airborne systems* Demonstrated experience with
control system design and analysis tools.* Development of
