Therapy / Social Work/Ireland Home Based Services - New Hire Bonus Opportunity of $3000Openings in 45 counties throughout Southern Indiana to include Montgomery, Boone, Putnam, Hendricks and Morgan.$58,000-$71,000 per year + Car (Personal Use Option Available) Therapists will earn a base minimum of $58,000 annually (with potential increase based on experience) for those who are clinically licensed in the fields of Social Work, Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. With bonuses included, current clinically licensed therapists, on average, earn $64,815 annually. The range would be a minimum of $58,000 annually up to $71,000 annually. More details and other benefits listed below.$52,500-$64,000 per year + Car (Personal Use Option Available) Therapists holding an LSW, LMHC-a or LMFT-a will earn a base minimum of $52,500 annually (with potential increase based on experience). With bonuses included, current licensed therapists, on average, earn $57,560 annually. The range would be a minimum of $52,500 annually up to $64,000 annually. More details and other benefits listed below.$47,028-$62,000 per year + Car (Personal Use Option Available) Those with temporary licenses or those who are not licensed eligible, but hold a Master's degree in a Human Service-related field and meet certain education requirements will be paid at a minimum of $22.61 an hour. Current therapists in this role earn, on average, $52,262 annual. The range for this position would be from $47,028 annually up to $62,000 annually. Salaried therapists also have the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus to increase annual compensation, with no cap. This opportunity could include working with youth on probation and their families.An individual who may be eligible for the therapist position here at IHBS will meet the qualifications of one of the following:Master's or Doctorate degree with a current license issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing BoardMaster's degree with a temporary permit issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing BoardMaster's degree in related human services field having completed a minimum of 24 post-secondary semester hours in a qualifying human services degree field.A unique benefit is team members have the opportunity to drive company cars for work purposes, and can pay a fee to drive the car for personal use, if they qualify with satisfactory MVR. Based on statistics from AAA, paying a personal use fee for a company car could increase total compensation up to $7000-$8000 per year. Personal use fee pays for all fuel, maintenance, license and registration. You can also use this vehicle to drive for vacations!
