LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative for an exciting hybrid and contract-to-hire opportunity with a top healthcare network based out of Indianapolis, IN ResponsibilitiesConnect with patients and caregivers regarding a wide variety of patient billing inquiries.Serve the Spanish-speaking community through effective communication of the Spanish language.Provide excellent, friendly, and helpful service to patients/caregivers through primarily phone communication. Document information in calls and access the appropriate resources in order to best help the patient or patient representative.Ensure complete and accurate demographic collection in a timely manner when needed.Maintain effective communication with patients, peers, and supervisors on a daily basis. QualificationsFluent in both English and Spanish required.Minimum 2 years of call center experience required. Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.Previous medical front office, medical billing, or medical insurance experience preferred. Ability to maintain excellent organization while also being an effective multitasker. Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service Work Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM M-F (40 hours per week)Pay: $18/hrJob Type: Contract-to-hire and hybrid (You MUST be able to work onsite throughout the training period as requested) Many LHH clients require proof of COVID-19 vaccination at time of hire due to company policies or certain regulatory requirements.
