Job Description First Call is hiring 1st and 2nd shift machine operator and forklift positions in Franklin! 1st shift hours are 7:00am-7:00 pm, 2nd shift 7:00pm- 7:00 am on a 2/2/3 rotating schedule. We are hiring for a global leader in responsible packaging solutions supplying a broad range of rigid & flexible packaging products into the food, beverage, healthcare, home and personal care and tobacco packaging industries. The current pay rate for Injection/Blow Molding (machine operating) on 1st shift is $18.50 and 2nd shift is $19.50. For Forklift Operating & Packaging the pay rate is $17.50 for 1st and $18.50 for 2nd shift. Positions entail operating an injection molding or blow molding machine which manufactures plastic oriented bottles, containers and medical related plastic containers. Packaging positions will require you to package correctly all manufactures items into provided boxes and sealing them correctly. Also, with forklift positions, you are required to operate a sit-down forklift; moving and loading pallets throughout warehouse and into trailers. All positions require the ability to stand and work for 12 hours a day. The ideal candidate has 1+ years' experience. Company Description You will never pay a fee for our services and support!
