Job summaryThe Supply Chain Function is the main interface between Pattonair and its customers and suppliers. The department manages customer requirements by driving supplier performance to ensure on time product delivery, enabling Pattonair to be a world class provider. The department has key interfaces with the Sales, Strategic, procurement, Operations, Quality and Finance departments.Job responsibilities1. To provide the day to day interface with the customer, managing and maintaining the associated reporting and KPI'S to ensure proper customer satisfaction2. Management of small team of direct reports in support of day to day customer operations.

• Review customer KPI's to enable the performance to the customer to be monitored, highlighting any potential trends and issues and prioritizing the associated mitigation action to ensure customer delivery and satisfaction is maintained.
• Provide the first point of escalation to customer and ensure that customer service corrective action plans or process improvements are deployed effectively without impacting customer service levels
• Participation in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance.
• Management of dynamic team in support of customer requirements. Engagement with cross functional partners to achieve defined objectives.Requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Significant supply chain operations experience
• experience working in a customer interface role
• Some experience managing and developing customer performance metrics and processes
