The service coordinator administrator manages service coordinators who are dedicated to a specific MLTSS program, including team and performance management, process improvement, standardized execution and implementation of new program initiatives. Incumbents in this managerial role are responsible for maintaining compliance with contractual requirements and monitoring coordination activities to make sure member needs are met. This position will be based in Indiana.Primary Responsibilities:

• Partners with the care management manager to supervise service coordinators
• Understands contractual requirements and applies knowledge of contractual requirements to meet the unique needs of members and maintain contract compliance
• Identifies, selects, structures and prioritizes process improvement projects, ultimately implementing changes to meet program requirements
• Enables standardized execution of workflow processes, including conducting performance audits, quality reviews and compliance adherence

  • Current and unrestricted RN license in Indiana or master's-level social worker
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Experience with LTSS and home and community-based service coordination
  • Experience with the program population and informal caregivers
