Job Title : Traveling General Foreman / Superintendent
Location: Indiana with regular travel to all projects both local and remote.
Position Summary: Manage field workforce, by leading and fostering a culture of employee engagement, communicating clear expectations. Develop and monitor performance agreements, coach employees, ensure that training, development and required certifications are current. Responsible for supervision of manpower and productivity on jobs, development, and training General Foremen and Site Superintendents.
Job Functions:

  Oversee manpower on all assigned jobs.
  
  
• 
  Ensure work is performed in compliance with safe work methods and procedures.
  
  
• 
  Manage training and development of line workers through CEI General Foreman/Foreman training and development program.
  
  
• 
  Establish production goals and audit progress, ensuring work in completed within schedule and budget expectations.
  
  
• 
  Manage quality control functions.
  
  
• 
  Update detailed man-loaded construction schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6 software.
  
  
• 
  Manage and oversee the execution of field deliverables according to customer specifications and contract requirements.
  
  
• 
  Manage the planning and executing of projects and contracts by organizing work methods and developing schedules.
  
  
• 
  Develop and maintain business relationships including attending customer meetings and prepare pre-qualification documents, proposals and bids.
  
  
• 
  ISO Compliance.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Must have 10-15 years' experience in the industry. Experience managing projects.
    
    
  • 
    Actual experience with overhead and underground electrical distribution, grounding, structural steel, substation equipment, bus, control buildings, SCADA, and commissioning are a must.
    
    
  • 
    Strong communication, people, and computer skills are required.
    
    
  • 
    Must be able to recognize and develop production teams with a strong focus on safety and completing projects on time.
    
    
  • 
    Experience developing general foreman and site superintendents.
    
    
  • 
    Ability to travel overnight when required
