QUALIFICATIONS:
FUNCTION:
Handles routine customer account and credit inquiries by telephone
in a courteous and efficient manner. Performs duties intended to
assure customer satisfaction and accuracy of customer accounts.
Within well established guidelines handles a variety of credit
transactions, processes customer payments, provides extensions
and/or makes payment arrangements in accordance with Company
policy.
Performs other duties which may be requested by authorized
personnel.
SUMMARY:
The AES Indiana Customer Service Center is a fast-paced inbound
Call Center. Successful candidate will take calls from customers
who have questions about their electric bill, service, and payment
arrangements (including extensions) accurately and within
established Company guidelines.
DURING TRAINING:
Must be available to work 40 hours per week throughout the 4-week
training period. Training will be IN PERSON. Punctual, 100%
mandatory attendance is required.
