Job Description:
A private OBGYN practice in Indianapolis is seeking a provider
for their expanding organization. This practice is celebrating
their 50 year anniversary with no intention of ever being employed
by a hospital. You will join 10 other physicians and six
mid-levels. You will have tremendous support from the practice,
high autonomy, and a very collegial environment. This practice
opportunity is only 20 miles from downtown Indianapolis.1:3 Call
Ratio. Surgical center can have a buy-in option once case volume is
met. Epic EMR. 4 weeks of PTO. 1 week CME + $. Occurrence
malpractice coverage provided. Strong surgical skills are a plus
with the ability to operate without an MD assist. There is a
surgical PA that is available for the OR Approximate number of
deliveries per month is 20-28. Call Ratio - 1:3 home call to
support Family Medicine provider who do OB. Great Work / Life
balance. Salary range - up to $300,000 (depends on experience and
viability of candidate).
